A graduate of Georgetown Law School, Clay H. Greenberg served as a federal law clerk and was an associate with a major New York law firm for several years, where he represented major corporate clients and maintained a pro bono practice in immigration law. Inspired by his pro bono clients, he now focuses his practice on immigration. Clay primarily works in the area of family-based immigration and naturalization, but also accepts limited cases in the areas of asylum and deportation defense.

Clay is admitted in New York and practices nationally in the areas of immigration and nationality law.
