scheduling a ride for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation depends on how the individual plans to pay for their ride. For many, private insurance and Medicaid benefits may cover the cost. If a client wants to use their Medicaid or insurance benefit to pay for their ride, the client will need to schedule their ride through their insurance or Medicaid broker these cannot schedule by Us.
