• Rake out old sealant, clean away mould and apply fresh mould-proof silicone sealant (internal windows, baths, basins, etc.) - priced per task

• Further Investigations to establish if there is potentially a water leak, ventilation, damp or roof issues which require further attention — summary of findings and photographs reported back to you

• Advice for tenants to reduce any contributory factors which may be preventing a mould-free home
