With 23 years of experience in the HVAC field, Bradley brings deep industry knowledge and a commitment to doing things the right way—from the very first visit. He started Raines Heating & Air Conditioning with a clear vision: to bring genuine care, reliable workmanship, and personalized service to a community that often felt overlooked by larger companies.

Bradley noticed that what was missing from many big-name providers was compassion, follow-through, and true customer focus. At Raines, those values are at the heart of everything we do.

He holds 7 active Oregon State Building Code Licenses, including a current Home Inspector license, ensuring every project meets the highest standards. For Bradley, there’s nothing worse than wasting hard-earned money on shortcuts or repeat visits—so we make sure it’s done right the first time.

Isaiah Raines, HVAC Apprentice Technician

Isaiah is part of the Raines Heating & Air Conditioning team and brings dedication, curiosity, and heart to every job. Whether he’s working on an install or learning a new skill, he’s always focused on delivering quality work.

He was recently accepted into the Northwest HVAC Apprenticeship Program—a competitive and well-respected program that’s helping him take the next big step in his career. Way to go, Isaiah!
