WHO WE SERVE: Veterans- We help veterans access the services and benefits they have earned, supporting their successful transition into civilian life. Families of Disabled Veterans- We provide mental, emotional, financial, and spiritual support to families navigating the challenges of caregiving and reintegration. WHY OUR WORK MATTERS: Many of our veterans face significant challenges when returning to everyday civilian life, ranging from physical injuries and emotional trauma to housing and employment struggles. Our organization is built and led by veterans, friends, and family members who understand these challenges firsthand. We offer a holistic approach that addresses the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. COMMUNITY COMMITMENT: Veteran Transitional Services collaborates with federal, state, and local agencies to reduce homelessness, improve access to care, and strengthen community safety. By building partnerships, we help lessen the taxpayer burden while providing practical, lasting solutions for veterans in need.
