1. Balloons are for decorative purposes only; they are not a toy. B’loon Boutique cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury following misuse of balloons.

2. Handle with care, store away from direct heat and sharp objects.

3. All gift items provided by the customer must be no larger than a 5” diameter or be able to be manipulated through a 5” opening and cannot be too heavy. We reserve the right the omit items from the stuffed balloon if we believe it has the potential to rupture the balloon. For example, items with sharp edges. We also reserve the right to remove gift items from their packaging if they pose a risk to the balloon or if they are unable to be manipulated to fit through the opening.

4. Lift the balloon by the top of the transport bag and hold the base of the balloon.

5. Do not lay balloons down for transportation, keep upright.

6. Oxidization will occur when exposed to heat and sunlight. Clear balloons may appear cloudy, colored balloons may appear dull and velvety. All balloons have a high-quality balloon shine applied before delivery.

7. Average inflation time for a stuffed balloon is approximately 1 week, however the environmental factors such as but not limited to temperature and humidity, which may impact the longevity of the balloon. We do not guarantee inflation time and suggest that balloons be popped shortly after delivery.

8. Balloons can pop – while we only use the highest quality balloons and take every precaution with your balloons, balloons can pop on their own. Once the balloons have left our hands, they are out of our control.

9. The B ’loon Boutique will not refund, replace, or exchange items that have been damaged due to lack of care. This includes balloons that are damaged due to the way they have been transported by the customer.

10. /! WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD-Children under eight yrs. can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.

11. WARNING! NEVER under any circumstances inhale, or allow anyone else to inhale, helium balloon gas. This can cause asphyxiation, leading to unconsciousness and DEATH due to lack of oxygen.

12. Popping balloon can be very loud. Please use caution around those who may be sensitive to loud noises.

13. The B’loon Boutique is committed to ensuring that we live by the environmental sustainability we promise. Please ensure that you correctly dispose of all balloon material, string, clips, tape, glue dots, etc.

14. Made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergies, ranging from minor skin irritation to anaphylaxis. Look out for symptoms and, if any allergic reactions are suspected, seek medical help immediately. The foil and bubble balloons offer a non-latex alternative when choosing your balloons.
