I’m Tyler, founder of CarShiftPics — where passion meets precision. From the moment I got behind the wheel, I fell in love with cars, and that love evolved into capturing their beauty through photography. Between studying Business Accounting and serving in the Rhode Island National Guard as a Military Police Officer, photography became my creative outlet. I specialize in cinematic automotive shots using a Sony A6000 and Canon Rebel T7, with every image edited in Lightroom and Photoshop for clean, professional results. Safety and quality come first, especially for rolling shots, where harness setups, walkie-talkies, and stabilizers ensure smooth captures. CarShiftPics is always evolving, driven by feedback and a promise to deliver luxury-quality photos at honest prices — because every car deserves to look its best.

When I was four, Cars came out—and while I was still Buzz Lightyear’s biggest fan, something changed. I started dreaming about winning the Piston Cup and fell in love with cars. As I got older, I began appreciating my dad’s collection—a gray ’89 300ZX Turbo, a black-on-black ’99 300ZX Twin Turbo, and two classic Datsuns, a 240Z and a 280Z he still regrets selling. The recession slowed my dream of owning something cool, but years later, after moving out, I bought my first car—a 2004 Honda Accord. It wasn’t much, but I drove it everywhere. Eventually, I wanted a manual and picked up a 1995 Mitsubishi 3000GT project that rarely ran but taught me patience. After that came a 2006 Corolla 5-speed, which I drove to 310,000 miles before the car bug bit again. After winning some money gambling, I decided to finally treat myself—and that’s when I bought my dream car, a 2014 Subaru BRZ. You’ll see it featured on our site.
