Psychological evaluations are expensive. Therefore, a free 20-minute phone consult is required in order to determine appropriateness of testing. If a screening for adult ADHD reveals it is unlikely that an executive functioning disorder is present, a psychological assessment will not be offered.

If it is more likely than not that an executive functioning disorder is present, testing may be conducted in 1-2 sessions, up to 4 hours/session. It is best practice for evaluation of adult ADHD to obtain collateral information from family members/former teachers, etc., if this information is available. You may be asked to provide questionnaires to parents/spouses.

I accept some insurance, and a prior authorization is required prior to scheduling. Private pay is also accepted. Evaluations (including clinical and collateral interviews, psychological testing, review of records) are billed at $150/hr and are prorated in quarter-hour increments. I accept money orders and checks. I do not accept debit or credit cards.
