Taking the step to sign up for therapy requires courage, and I’m proud of you for getting started. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I will tailor our dialogue and treatment to meet your unique needs. My clinical approach is a blend of client centered, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and solution-focused therapies.

We’ll explore your habitual thinking, identifying negative thoughts and how they lead to discouraging outcomes, and I will coach you on how to implement cognitive behavioral techniques to help you create new thought patterns. Digital lessons and exercises that I’ll assign between sessions will give you the opportunity to practice new skills.

I am a Licensed Professional Therapist. I am also a National Certified Counselor. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families for over 10 years, treating stress, anxiety, grief, parenting issues, depression, and issues around life changes.

I am an empty- nester with an adult son who inspires me to change the world, one person at a time, every day. I have two active cats who love cuddles and belly rubs. I enjoy watching HGTV, hiking, and spending quality time with my significant other and friends.
