HOTEL RULES
1. No congregating or drinking alcohol in any of our public spaces. Ex: Pool, breakfast area, lobby.
2. No excessive noise. If an exact room is pinpointed as the issue, there will be one warning, then a fee will be applied to the guest. We allow one warning for the group as a whole.
3. Rooms that are excessively dirty (trash thrown everywhere, damages, missing/stained linens, etc) will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
4. Respect our property and staff. If at any point, the group trashes our public spaces or becomes confrontational or argumentative with staff, we are within our rights to ask the responsible parties to leave the property without refund, with the exception of unused nights.
