We appreciate your feedback on any item, whether it's not what you're excepting or if it's damaged or even if was what you're looking for! Email at any time and we will replay ASAP! We strive to satisfy in every product that has been ordered. Some items will have a set size, others you can customize with color or sizes depending on item.

Just email us on what is wrong with the damage or not satisfied with the item and attach pictures so we can see on our end also. Then we will resend another item similar or price of item of choosing. We appreciate everyone honesty as we are honest with you!
