I operate my studio from a residential home located on Burwood Road. The studio offers both indoor and outdoor options, contingent upon weather conditions and personal preference. While parking, please exercise caution to prevent obstructing the neighbours’ driveways. It is important to note that these classes are exclusively for women, and photography and filming are prohibited. Additionally, the use of cellphones is strictly prohibited during sessions to maintain focus on mindful movements and balance. The studio doors will open ten minutes prior to the commencement of the session and will promptly close at its scheduled time. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals or no-shows. Essential items for each class include comfortable leggings and a suitable top, a towel and a water bottle. All necessary props and mats are provided and subsequently wiped down by the user after each class.
