Welcome to my page. I am glad you're here! Being an educator for 20 plus years has allowed me to gain knowledge, wisdom, understanding and so much more about being a productive teacher.
My spiritual directives have also inspired me. Being connected to phenomenal administrators, as well as leaders helped move me forward. Education is a BIG DEAL in America. With all the recent unfortunate happenings, it has become even bigger! Educators and especially those of us connected directly to students are "burnt out". Unfortunately, the unforeseen circumstances with COVID-19 and now the recent fatalities in the schools have made teachers walk away from a needed element in the World. This does not have to be you. I have been asked on many occasions, "Ms. Crawley, how do you do it"? My response is, “Don’t ever stop learning”. I began this mission with us in mind. I have had the privilege of teaching in various states across America. Therefore, I had the opportunity and time to ingest my learnings and cultivate them into my business. We need to be able to continue the race. I am prepared to assist you with my 5 C’s Model. This has been used and proven to work. This is the impetus to my wanting to begin this business of sharing my wealth.
