VSH Will NOT release ANY Animals to ANY Individual, Company, Organization, and not limited to that does not come with proper transportation.

Puppies/Dogs will not be released to those attempting to transport without an enclosed canopy, or outside of the vehicle during transport. Unless in a proper enclosure.

Livestock must be transported in appropriate conditions. No over crowding, dangerous, or harmful transport conditions.
