Established in memory of Dylan Phillips who passed away in
December 2021, aged 13, Dylan's Starlight Trust is a non-profit NI
charity run by a group of dedicated trustees.
Dylan was born with a complex congenital heart defect (hypoplastic
left heart syndrome) but always embraced life with positivity
and courage, inspiring everyone he met to do the same.
The charity aims to continue his legacy by helping and supporting
families affected by congenital heart disease or those who have suffered the bereavement of a child .
