Mrs. Vindra A. Khan (formerly Hanuman)
Vindra has Accomplished much in her amazing Career. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Specialization of Project Management (BBA/PM). By far her most cherished accomplishment is having raised her 2 Sons as a single parent for over 15 years!
She is a mom to 2 handsome Adult Sons and Bonus mom to Her husband's 2 Children. We also cannot forget, Doggy Mom to Khushi (means Happy in Hindi) her Cockalier mix puppy girl who just turned 1 in August of 2023!

Vindra, is an experienced Land Development Project Manager.
She’s been involved in years of handling many LD functions such as, due diligence, development of Land Entitlement Strategies and Projects where she has successfully managed processes for a multitude of developments, new homes developments and commercial builds to completion and C.O.
Her experience in Entitlement required procedures are unsurpassed! Certainly, as they relate to P&Z, Site planning, Engineering approvals, Architectural site plan review and approvals, Platting, Civil construction plan review, pre-construction, permits (building, agency (SFWMD, FDEP, LWDD), and municipal) etc... The level of experience she has is incredibly uncommon and rare.
Quite unique in that her talent and years of expertise is balanced between working inside both the public sector and privately owned corporations.
Vindra has always been recognized not only for her talents and skills but her extremely positive and upbeat, demeanor, added to that, her great customer relations and reputation over 22 years in the industry. She enjoys working with others and seeing those dreams of fruition on projects come to life! Customer satisfaction and the quality of result in any project she undertakes, is an utmost priority to her!
She has also managed to gain quite a large network in her positive, professional relationships with municipalities and agencies, consultants and vendors alike. Her network is quite vast, as she has a wonderful reputation for all the years of her experience with those she has had the privilege to work alongside or serve.
Ms. Khan (formerly Hanuman) has 22+ years of combined experience in municipality level government work and land development process practices. As mentioned above she is known to many and has working experience at 2 separate, local Florida municipalities; one of which was the City of Coconut Creek where she began her career as a permit technician in 2002, she worked her way up and for a majority of that time there served as the department's Engineering specialist until 2014. At this City she handled all engineering processes, pre-construction and permitting for that municipality for approx. 12.5 years.
Thereafter, she became the first female liaison to the City of Boca Raton and handled all Public Works (final engineering, entitlements, agency permits, building permits, plan reviews, pre-construction, traffic reviews, etc.) review/approval procedures for approximately 3 years.
She went on to spend 2.5 years at Broward County as the supervisor for contractor licensing and enforcement in the Building Code Division.
Her Love of Land Development took her to the next adventure into the private industry. She has worked with 2 very well-known U.S. national residential developers/builders.
D.R. HORTON and MERITAGE HOMES, she also worked with 1 known Commercial Builder out of Daphne Alabama,
HIX SNEDEKER Companies/FULCRUM CONSTRUCTION. Her time there was spent on being a project manager on builds ofTractor Supply chain stores, 7-eleven franchise stores, learning centers and offices throughout Florida.
As you can see her experience is certainly not limited and uniquely, yet exceptionally well rounded.
