DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking when a consultation is booked. Following the consultation should you choose to proceed with the treatment the deposit will be deducted from the treatment price , should it be decided there will be no treatment the deposit is otherwise refundable.
The deposit is required to secure purchases of the products needed. Should you cancel less than 48 hours prior to booking or not attend the appointment with no notice the deposit is non refundable.

AFTERCARE

All Advice regarding aftercare given by your practitioner MUST be followed, failure to do so will affect the results, and the liability will remain on the client. You will be given AfterCare cards after each appointment.

MEDICAL & CONSENT FORMS

Our Admin team will send you both Medical & Consent Forms upon booking, that must be completed and submitted atleast 48 hours prior to treatment. Failure to do so will result in the appointment being cancelled. This does not apply to Hair Extension Clients.

PHOTOS

Before and After Photos are legally mandatory, however we will request permission for us to be able to publish photos on our social media.
