USHER Counseling
Why U.S.H.E.R.?
I thought for a while about the name "USHER Counseling" and what I wanted it to convey to people. Usher is both a stand alone word as a person who greets and guides and welcomes but also an acronym: "Understanding", "Support*, "Hope* "Engagement" and "Relationship".
It is my core belief that emotional, spiritual, and physical well being rely on healthy social connection.
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate I am a new therapist under Clinical Supervision. My private practice partners with Seattle Christian Counseling, LLC.
Seattle Christian Counseling avails me to two offices where I offer a friendly, warm environment and a safe, non-judgmental space for in person therapy.
Seattle Christian Counseling also supports the development of my private practice by handling my billing, scheduling my intakes, and providing me with a vast network of mentorship from experienced licensed psychologists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT)
