Home visit initial: $100 (plus travel- $1 per km round trip over 10km)
Home visit follow up (one area/simple): $70 plus travel
Home visit follow up (2 areas/whole body or complex, including environment &/equipment prescription): $100 plus travel

Exercise class: $10 per class. **currently available Monday 9 am**

Back to Balance (focusing on falls prevention- strength, balance, mobility)
Fitness Masters (focusing on strength, cardio and mobility).
Both are targeted at over 60's age group, but all ages welcome.
