Terms and Conditions

All tours may have up to 6 passengers maximum per United States Coast Guard (USCG) regulations of for-hire captain-lead vessels not inspected by the USCG. The vessel is inspected and licensed for charter (up to 6 passengers) by the State of Michigan Department of Natural Resources. The vessel will be captained by a USCG-licensed Master Captain with state EMT licensure and over a decade of experience operating on the deep-water port of Muskegon Lake as well as the Great Lakes and oceans around the world. 30% Deposit required to hold a reservation. Balance due 24 hours prior to departure. Upon customer request, the deposit may be refunded up to 72 hours in advance for any reason. Captain may cancel for any reason including vessel maintenance concerns or weather or waterway safety concerns. If Captain cancels for any reason, a full refund will be issued immediately. All passengers or their guardians must sign a total liability waiver prior to departure.
