Marie has over 23 years experience in various roles throughout the property management industry. Staring out in Katy, TX as a Leasing Agent and working through the ranks of the multi-family industry before staring her own company. As Compliance Director in Indianapolis, Indiana for one of the largest prominent property management companies in the industry, Marie focuses on attention to detail in every aspect of the industry and continues to work with owners and ownership groups for both small and large developments.
Working both on-site and off-site has given her extensive proficiency in guiding management, multi-site developments, profits, operations, training staff, high performance and productivity. She continues to offer consulting services in both traditional property management and non-traditional management. Her motto is that if you do great, you will be great!

Lee Britton

Director of Maintenance

Lee has over 20 years of experience in the multi-unit property management industry. As a former Maintenance Supervisor for some of the top industry leaders, Lee has an extensive skill-set in not only maintenance but budgets, staffing, due diligence and operations. Using his universal EPA certification and other accreditations, he heads up the rehab/construction arm of Full Property Services. Licensed and bonded.

Lori Wells

Office Manager

With over 15 years in Office Manager experience, Lori maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems. Her vast knowledge for operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions is one of a kind.

Jeff Davidson

Operations Manager

Jeff has 15 years of sales and management experience in both residential and commercial properties. As a former Regional Property Manager, his experience and knowledge in all matters of operation and staff management is extraordinary to Full Property Services and the owners we represent.

Stephanie Greve

Regional Property Manager

New to the Regional role, Stephanie brings fresh eyes to the multi-family industry. Overseeing management of several low-income housing properties, her responsibilities include budget production, oversight of capital improvements, maximizing revenue for owners and management leadership for 4 managers in her portfolio.

Nicole Green

Regional Property Manager

Working in both commercial and multi-family, Nicole Green brings more than 20 years experience in various areas of property management.
Her vast knowledge in the LIHTC program and student housing have lead her to leadership roles throughout the industry. She currently has over 1320 units and 22 staff members that she oversees. Working formerly for both the local PHA and the LIHTC reporting state agency, Nicole continues to be an asset to both the owners and managers in her portfolio.
