If you are interested in redesigning your property landscape, beginning with a professional design is often recommended. Lots of creativity and planning goes into designing the outdoor spaces that both visually captivate us and attend to all our functional needs.

I am a landscape designer from Centre Wellington offering to design outdoor spaces for your residential home. My services do not include the construction of the final design products. However, the completed designs will provide all necessary information for their construction by a 2nd party landscape contractor, or by yourself!

I offer 4 well priced landscape design packages as part of my time limited winter 2023 promotion:

Small Projects -- $495

I offer a basic package for smaller projects. Smaller projects may include simple entrance ways, simple decks or patios, small gardens, etc.

In this package, I offer the following design services:

- Initial client consultation (free of charge!)
- Site inventory and analysis
- Conceptual plans (3+ hand rendered design ideas)
- Second client consultation (for feedback on conceptual plans)
- Masterplan and/or planting plan & plant list
- Dimensions plan
- Section and elevation drawings (if applicable)
- Cost estimations

Medium Sized Projects -- $1195*

Medium sized projects include entire small lots redesigned with complex structures (i.e. pergola, deck etc.), or a large front or backyard redesigned with complex structures. Medium sized projects with complex structures typically benefit from detailed 3D renderings to provide a visualization of the landscape. In this package, I offer the following design services:

- Initial client consultation (free of charge!)
- Site inventory and analysis
- Conceptual plans (3+ hand rendered design ideas)
- Second client consultation (for feedback on conceptual plans)
- Masterplan
- Planting plan and plant list
- Dimensions plan
- Section & elevation drawings
- Grading plan
- Perspective drawings
- Axonometric drawings
- Cost estimations

*Modified packages are available. I try to work with all budgets and am flexible to each clients wishes.

Large Projects -- $1695*

Large projects include designs for full properties under an acre in size with multiple complex structures. This package includes the same design services as the second package, except more 3D renderings to match the greater size and scope of the project.

Custom Package -- $1700+

This package is for clients who have a property that is over an acre in size and wish to have it completely redesigned with multiple complex structures. The exact price of this package is contingent on the size and scope of the project, which would be established after an initial client interview and site evaluation.
