1: Breath- Exhale as you hit. Practice Box Breathing on & off the court.
Close your eyes. Inhale deeply through your nose. Hold your breath for a count of 3; exhale.
Hold the exhale for a count of 3.
As you continue this breathing pattern, begin to lengthen your breath, increasing your awareness within & without. As you ground yourself & connect with this present moment, feel your presence expand. Feel the air touch your legs as the wind blows. Begin to engage all of your senses. Embrace the power of stillness, embrace the power that is within you, that is you. This power is always alive within you. It does not take more effort to bring it out. To channel it properly into your movement on the court, connect with your breath.

2: Vision- Watch the ball all the way into your paddle.
