Little Doves Nursery & Preschool was founded by owner and manager Casia T-Richardson. The nursery opens in September 2023. Casia has extensive experience working with children of all ages and abilities. She completed a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. After which she worked her way up in various early years establishments as a practitioner, room supervisor and management. Casia has also worked in primary schools as a special needs teaching assistant. While working she completed a Batchelor of Arts Degree in Childhood & Youth and graduated with second class honours.

To ensure each child and parent receive a personalised service, a smooth settling process and smooth transitions; as children progress.

To use the EYFS as a tool to provide continuous opportunities for learning and development; through purposeful play.

To provide an affordable, flexible service and foster positive relationships with parents in the community.

To provide healthy snacks and meals through our catering partners.

To ensure staff are extensively DBS checked, qualified for roles, maintain high standards and continue to develop professionally.
