Any appointment that a client may need to cancel, must cancel 24 hours prior to the start time of the appointment. If appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, a credit card number will be required for the next appointment booked. I understand life happens, and in the event of a genuine emergency this policy may be waived, but please be sure to reach out to me to communicate the reasoning for cancellation.
