Time to Plan Your Event

Consultation:
Fill out our inquiry form on the Contact Us page to start planning your event. We will respond promptly with availability for the date and schedule a time for a phone consultation. During the consultation, we will customize a package to fit your party and craft a personalized proposal for your event. We will send out the proposal following the consultation and if you decide we are the perfect fit for your party, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date. The remainder of the bill will be due two weeks prior to your event.

Custom Beverage Menu:
We provide a custom beverage menu for each event, catered to the hosts preferences. During the consultation, we will inquire about your spirit selections (and/or beer and wine) to create the menu for the event. We will supply a personalized shopping list for the client (clients provide alcohol) and we will take care of the rest(fresh juices/syrups, ice, garnishes, etc.)!

Payment:
There will be a 50% deposit to secure the date of the event on the day of booking. We will send an invoice for the final payment two weeks before the event date.

Day of Your Event:
We will arrive 90 minutes prior to the event start time to set up the bar and receive alcohol from the client. Now lets get the party started!
