INTRO level~Brand new to beginner levels welcome!
-Learn the history & anatomy of the kettlebell
-Learn fundamentals and proper form
$87.50 per 1 day x 6-week course
NEXT level ~ Must be able to test-out the following skills to join this level:
deadlift, swing, goblet squat, 1/2 get-up
-Build on fundamentals learned in intro session
-Challenge yourself with snatches, new complexes, and added weight
$175 per 2 day x 6-week course (breakdown = $14.50 per class). No drop-ins.
$25 Discount ($150) for Yoga Melrose members.

POUND:Unplugged ® is a 40-minute class that balances focused, high-intensity exercises with restorative movements, rhythmic breathing and meditation. Using Ripstix®, exercise drumsticks, POUND:Unplugged connects mind, body and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences unlike anything you’ve experienced in a group fitness class.
