I’m Emma Murfet a qualified personal trainer located in the Lockyer valley.

Exercise, sport and healthy living has always been a huge passion in my life and I want to share that with you.

I grew up doing gymnastics, athletics, tennis and Surf life saving. With this passion I became a lifeguard and a gymnastics coach. Wanting more in life I joined the Australian Army and became a parachute rigger. A few years in and I found myself with fractures in my vertebrae’s and being medically discharged from a parachute accident.

Since then I have welcomed 3 children into the world with my husband. They are all very active in Gymnastics, Swimming and Tennis.

Recently I was selected to Represent Australia at the Invictus games in the Netherlands. An amazing experience and one I will cherish forever. I have had my fair share of injuries but with that knowledge and my passion I want to help others to be the best version they can be.
