Personal Training Sessions

30mins or 60 mins
One on one based training personalised to what you want to get out of your training. This can be a combination of cardio, weights, recovery etc. You tell me what interest's you and I will deliver a program to get the best out of you.

Group High Intensity Sessions

45mins
Included will be time for a quick warm up to ensure you are ready to go. This session will be circuit based with forms of cardio, body weight exercises and the use of other weights.
There will be time after the session for you to cool down and stretch.

Weight Programs

This will be an individualised weight program that will included exercises, the weight to lift, how many repetitions and how many sets.

Mum's and Bubs

45mins
Included will be time for a quick warm up to ensure you are ready to go. This will be a group based session involving your baby. There will be no hand weights involved as your bubs will be your weight. It's a nice way to ease back into exercise while bonding with your baby. There will be time after the class to cool down and stretch.

Teen Classes

45 mins
This is a safe way to start introducing teens to the gym and how to use weights safely. It will be a combination or high intensity circuits as well as machine and weight base.

Recovery Sessions

30mins
-Compression boots: dynamic air compression leg system, sit back relax and let the boots do all the work. This will flush out soreness in the legs bringing back oxygenated blood to the part of the body furthest from the heart. Helps enhance blood flow and speeds up recovery.

-Wearable heat & vibration back support: a wearable device that will use heat and vibration to warm up, loosen and relax sore / stiff muscles.

-Massage gun: with many different speeds and heads this will allow you to get into any sore muscles that may be lingering on your body.

-Stretch sessions: I will run you through a one on one stretch session that will focus on any sore or tight muscles you may have. Stretching is also important to help prevent any future injuries.
