Katherine Lowder

Ms. Lowder is a child protection Social Worker. She has a granddaughter that has been diagnosed with ASD. Ms. Lowder has years of experience in child development, community advocacy, and special needs in both a professional and personal perspective.

Kevin Graves

Board Vice President

Mr. Graves and his wife have served as foster parents for many years and continue to serve their community in that capacity. Mr. Graves has fostered ASD children, as well as adopted a neurodivergent child. He continues to parent (foster, adoptive, & biological) in every way and advocate for the children in any capacity he can.

Pamela Byrd

Board Operating Officer

Ms. Byrd has many years experience as a private school principal as well as a daycare/preschool director. She has worked with numerous special needs children and families. She continues to look for ways to serve the children of her community. She is a parent, educated professional, and a community leader.
