Does your teen struggle with stress and negative thoughts? Would you like them to learn effective ways to improve their mental health?

Join us for a dynamic and interactive semester-long workshop where your teen will discover new coping strategies and practice habits of wellness to last a lifetime.

In this class, your teen will:

Learn how their thoughts affect their emotions, and how simple, positive changes in the way they think can create greater peace and positivity.

Practice techniques to help manage the stresses and pressures of life, increase resilience, and boost overall well-being.

Complete guided exercises and activities to to identify and challenge negative thoughts.

Come to understand the power of mindfulness, self-compassion, and self-care and how to learn how to make these practices apart of their daily life.

Practice techniques for building resilience and bouncing back from challenges.

This class is designed for teenagers and is a safe and supportive space where your teen can share their experiences and learn from their peers.

Our goal is to empower your teen with the tools and strategies for a lifetime of wellness.
