Victor Rutledge

Victor believes camp should be the place where people come to get away from everyday life. He enjoys coming up with new & innovative ways for guests to experience nature. Victor’s most recent camp experience was as Camp Operations Director at beautiful Camp Paradise Valley in Burkesville, KY. He served for 9 years and was responsible for the daily camp operations, facilities maintenance, building projects, watercraft maintenance & operations, and community relations. Victor is a certified wastewater operator, certified commercial pool operator, and ACA visitor.
Victor now resides in Murfreesboro, TN with his wife, Stephanie, and their 4 children. In addition to being a camp consultant, he is the Co-Owner of Rutledge Homes, a custom home construction company. During their spare time, he enjoys boating with the family on the beautiful lakes around TN, hunting, hiking, and anything in nature.

Stephanie Rutledge

Stephanie is no stranger to the camp community. Having been involved in camp since she was 6 years old, she has experienced camp life in various positions - camper, summer staff member, Program Coordinator, and Program Staff Member. In 2011 she and her husband were hired as Camp Managers at beautiful Camp Paradise Valley in Burkesville, KY where they served 9 years. Stephanie was responsible for Guest Services, ACA Accreditation, HR, Community Relations, Food Service, and Housekeeping. She also devoted time to becoming well-educated in ACA accreditation and became an ACA visitor.
Stephanie now resides in Murfreesboro, TN with her husband, Victor, and their 4 children. Stephanie is a homeschooling mom, part-time bookkeeper, ACA visitor, and camp consultant. During her spare time, she enjoys boating with the family on the beautiful lakes around TN.
