Basic On-Site Consulting

-Site Visit (1 day)
-Tour of the camp
-Talk with camp directors and staff
-Feedback on the same day as the visit on the following areas: First Impressions, Instant recommendations of facilities, maintenance, procedures, infrastructure, signage, and more

In-Depth Consulting (3 Phases)

1st Phase (1-2 days)
-Site Visit which includes: tour of camp and "behind the scenes", talk with camp directors and staff, take pictures for research & recommendation purposes.

2nd Phase (1-2 months)
-Research & Recommendations: this phase will be where we dig into your camp and work on our recommendations. We will be looking at over 10 aspects or more of your camp from ACA standards, facilities, maintenance, first impressions, policies & procedures, guest services, building projects, and more. We will be working with the directors and staff during this phase to assist us in preparing the best possible findings and recommendations.
-Organize Findings: We will organize our findings and recommendations in a package that will be convenient for you and your staff.

3rd Phase (1 day)
-Present our Findings: In person or by video conference. We will present our findings and recommendations to you and/or your staff/board.

Add-On Services

IMPLEMENTATION - Assist camp directors and/or staff with the implementation of findings and recommendations of in-depth consulting.

STAFF TRAINING - we will come and train your year-round and/or summer staff.

MOCK ACA VISIT - We come out and do a mock ACA visit as you would have the day of your actual ACA accreditation visit.

ASSIST WITH PREP FOR ACA VISIT - Organize required documentation, make sure day-of-visit arrangements are in place, and track due dates of reports.

BE PRESENT FOR ACA VISIT - We will be present on the day of your ACA accreditation visit to assist you and your staff through the process.

Travel Fees

Travel fees include flight costs, hotel costs (unless we're staying at your camp), rental car OR a mileage rate of 65.5¢/mile if we drive our personal vehicle. We will cover our own meals.
