This is the most recommended program for clients because it combines multiple training systems to best achieve a targeted goal. If you already hit the gym consistently but no longer notice any improvements, we can find out why. If you are constantly stressed out and have a hard time relaxing, exercise will help reduce stress levels. Even if you just want to keep up with your kid’s energy level, we can bring you to their pace. We can work together to overcome your obstacles, find a program to fit your needs, and accomplish your fitness goals. Everyone can benefit from having a personal trainer, and it’s never too late to get started.

Muscle Endurance Training

This program will be the starting point for new clients who aren’t comfortable in a gym setting. Using functional and postural training, we will begin your journey by focusing on the fundamentals of weight training. This is where we will emphasize muscle control and develop the connection between your mind and your muscles.

Yoga/Stretching

If you want to get in touch with the environment, your breath, or your body, yoga is a great option. Here, we will teach you the importance of breathing and how to use it to calm the mind. Improved flexibility/range of motion, and injury prevention are the highlighted benefits of yoga, but learning how to use the breath as a tool is a surprisingly eye-opening experience. If nobody has taught you how to use your breath, I recommend giving it a shot.

Hypertrophy/Muscle building

If you’re looking to achieve your “summer body” this is the routine to get you there. This program is designed to build muscle size through moderate and/or high intense exercise. It’s similar to muscle endurance training, but it requires moving heavier weight. Be ready to push your limits, you’ll be sore after this one!
